What We Do

We are into construction to provide alternatives of providing affordable and creative financing options to building projects of any magnitude for individuals and institutions. We are also looking at helping the low-level informal sector to creatively help them afford to build a decent home.
One of the major things or concepts we at Aphorizo is considering is the installation of the solar system for light 100% and bio digester or biofilm technology for sewage instead of the usual manhole system. For clients who already own their plot of land, we can have a payment plan with them to build their house for them.

The other part will be for people who do not have the land and also do some arrangements with them by first getting land.
The informal sector will include people who are at the market places or traders who do not have monthly incomes or salaries. These large groups of people will hardly get into the formal way of a mortgage from financial institutions, but we have a module on how they can also have their houses built for them.
